Yes — most of our clients are outside Jodhpur. We work with businesses across India (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Jaipur, Bangalore, Pali and many others) and internationally (Gulf, UK, US). All project management and communication happens digitally, and we regularly jump on video/phone calls for discovery and reviews.

Depending on what you've asked for help with, we look at: page speed and Core Web Vitals, SEO basics (title tags, schema, mobile usability), conversion flow (are the key CTAs clear?), and — if you share your marketing channels — ad account structure or social media presence. We send our observations in a short written summary, not a templated PDF.

After an initial call and scoping, most projects start within 5 – 10 business days. Website builds run 3 – 6 weeks depending on complexity; monthly retainers (marketing, social media, ecommerce management) typically go live within 2 weeks of onboarding.

Primarily growing SMEs — businesses between one person and a few dozen employees that need professional digital presence but don't have the budget for a large agency. Our clients include sole traders, local retail chains, exporters, coaching institutes, restaurants, clinics and D2C brands. We're not the right fit for enterprise contracts, government tenders or very early-stage ideas with no budget.

For one-time projects (website builds, branding) there's no recurring commitment beyond the project itself. For ongoing services (digital marketing, social media, ecommerce management, SEO) we ask for a minimum 3-6 month engagement — enough time to see meaningful results and for us to do the work properly. After that, it's month-to-month.
